Scholarship Application

Families may apply for scholarships to discount program fees. Scholarships are awarded at 50% or 100%. Please note, scholarships do not waive the $25 application fee per child. The Scholarship Application is also done through the EZChildTrack Parent Portal, but is separate from the Summer Program Application. The Scholarship Application will only be processed after the Program Application is processed, and the $25 application fee per child has been paid.

If applying for a scholarship, please have the following documents ready for income verification:

  • Option #1: 2025 W-2’s for the household
  • Option #2: The most recent three months consecutive paystubs, for household

Please note, if your child is awarded a scholarship, they must attend the Club for a minimum of 3 days per week. Failure to do so will void your scholarship eligibility. Contact your Club Director for any questions about scholarship attendance requirements.

Open House

New this year! Each of our Clubs will host an Open House event at their respective site, for all families enrolling in our 2026 Summer Program. The Open House will be hosted on Thursday, May 28th, 2026 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. All summer families are encouraged to attend.

This event is your chance to complete early check-in and meet the Club Staff! Attendees will be provided with their child’s membership card and summer t-shirt.

Food Service

Through a partnership with the School District of Indian River County’s Food Service Department, we are able to provide a summer feeding program to provide free lunch and snack service to all members. These menus will be shared with families as we receive them from the school district.

Please note: SDIRC will not provide food service on the following dates:

  • Monday, June 1st 2026
  • Tuesday, June 2nd 2026
  • August 3rd - August 7th 2026 (all August program dates)

If your child prefers to pack their own lunch and snack, they may. On the dates above- on which food service is not provided- all children must be sent to the Club with a packed lunch and snack.

Please do not send any food requiring cold storage or heating. Please also refrain from ordering food delivery to the Club such as Door Dash or Uber Eats. Beyond striving for promoting healthy lifestyles at the Club, these services often require on-site verification from the person placing the order, often causing delays until after your child’s assigned mealtime.

If your child has dietary restrictions, we will connect with SDIRC Food Service to coordinate alternative meals/substitutions. If there are any specific questions, we may ask the parent/guardian to connect with our food service representative.

Athletic Clinics & Field Trips

Over the course of the Summer Program, we will host several short-term, intramural athletic leagues – dubbed Athletic Clinics. In order for your child to participate, they must be registered through the EZChildTrack Parent Portal. There is an additional registration fee for each Athletic Clinic. Discounts apply for families on a scholarship.

Our Athletic Clinics and fees will be announced at a later date. Check back soon!

Each Club also hosts a number of field trips throughout the summer. The Clubs will communicate these to families via email, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. In order for your child to participate, a permission slip is required. There is usually a small fee required to attend field trips. Cash only. Spots are limited. We do not apply discounts for field trips for families on a scholarship.

All accounts must be up to date to enroll for summer. Contact your Club Director if you have questions.
