Serving ages 6-18
Program Overview
We are currently at capacity given our current staffing. Until all positions are filled, please register to be added to our waitlist, as openings become available on a rolling basis.
We maintain a ratio of 1 staff member to 20 children, so spots are at a premium. We encourage applicants who take full advantage of our services vs. those who will be attending occasionally.
For those already registered, all locations open Monday, August 18th, 2025.
All programs end Friday, May 15th, 2026.
Hours of Operation:
Typical after school day: 2-6 p.m.
Full day: 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Fees:
Application Fee: $30 per child, including high schoolers
August 2025 Fees:
$20 per family with one child
$35 per family with two children
$45 per family with 3 or more children
Monthly Fees:
$40 per family with one child
$70 per family with two children
$90 per family with 3 or more children
High schoolers are FREE.
We offer 50% and 100% scholarships to assist with monthly fees. Scholarships cover monthly fees for grades K-8 and certain activity fees for grades K-12.
Monthly Transportation Fee:
$10 per child
High schoolers are FREE.
Applying for a scholarship? You must complete a scholarship application in conjunction with your after school registration.
Please note: If any information in your application is incorrect, we will reject your application and ask you to resubmit it. Please review your application carefully to avoid unnecessary mistakes.
Registrations are reviewed manually, so please allow us time to review everything. You will be notified within 1-2 weeks if your application is approved.
Friendly Reminders
Transportation:
Transportation is only provided for public Schools within the School District of Indian River County except Indian River Charter High, St, Peter's Academy, and Imagine South Vero. $10 monthly fee applies for transportation.
Food:
Snacks are provided during the after school program, however, there is no lunch or snack served on full days. Lunch and snack must be provided by parent(s)/guardian(s)on full days.
Scholarships:
If your member(s) receives a scholarship, they must attend the Club 3 days or more per week. No exceptions!
Fees & Due Dates:
Monthly fees are due no later than the 5th of each month. All fees are non-refundable.
Late Pickup Fees are $1 per minute per member
Replacement cards are $5
Shoes:
Members must wear closed toe and heel shoes. All shoes must fit members' feet securely and protect both their toes and heels. NO CROCS.
